Does your work, work?

Yes, it does. It is very much like a diet. How much are you willing to put into the success of a new eating plan for your health and well-being? There are benefits received by solely participating and additional benefits that you may enjoy by the intent and effort you put into it as well. During this process you will never be asked to endure great hardship or suffering to achieve change and balance in your life -- just the willingness to participate in the process. How much benefit you receive is entirely up to you.

What am I supposed to do?

There is much that is done "behind the scenes," if you will, without any action on your part. Nothing is ever done on your behalf without the permission of your Higher Self. Your willingness to participate in the process is declared by choosing to do this work. There are many benefits to be had by simply asking and being willing to receive assistance. Additionally, there are things that will be recommended to you that you may choose to do on your own to assist in your transition. Again, it is entirely up to you.

What do I need to do to have a session with you?

Email or call Bethney and ask for a session. Because these sessions are done remotely, they are not governed by time or space. No appointments need to be made. It isn't necessary for the process, but if you wish to ask for a specific healing mentioned on this website, or to focus on a particular area of your life where you are feeling stuck, please feel free to make a request. Payment is due prior to all sessions, and may be made at the Payment page.

Do I need more than one session?

Yes. As each session is specifically personalized to you at this moment, each session will be unique. How often you choose to have a session is determined by the reflection of your life. Are you where you want to be? Are all areas of your life unfolding as you desire? If not, there may be some additional work that you may wish to do. Of course, you are always free to have just the one session if that's your preference.
